These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, quizzes, self-assessment tools, digital content, group programs, and 1:1 coaching services offered under the brand Igniite Ajna, operated by Dakshkala Growth LLP ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing this website, taking the BBRP Quiz, enrolling in any Ajna offer, or making a payment, you ("Client," "you," "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase any service.
These Terms apply to all services offered under the Igniite Ajna brand, including but not limited to:

Each offer may carry additional offer-specific terms communicated at the time of enrollment (e.g. cohort start dates, session schedules). Where a conflict exists, the offer-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms for that offer only.
Igniite Ajna provides mindset coaching, business coaching, group facilitation, and self-assessment tools (including the BBRP Quiz and the BBRP framework — Blocks, Beliefs, Resistance, Patterns). These services are educational and developmental in nature. They are not:
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, please consult a licensed medical or mental health professional. Coaching outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances outside our control, and no specific outcome is promised or implied by any statement on this website, in the quiz results, or during any session.
Our services are intended for solopreneurs, founders, and micro-business owners aged 18 years or older. By enrolling, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
The BBRP Quiz and any related self-assessment tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results reflect self-reported answers and are indicative, not diagnostic. They are intended to help you identify a starting point within the Ajna offers and should not be treated as a definitive or clinical assessment of your business or psychological state.
All content on this website and within any Ajna offer — including the BBRP framework, the Ajna OS (Decide–Do–Check–Refire–Clarity), quiz content, videos, worksheets, frameworks, session recordings, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Dakshkala Growth LLP / Igniite Ajna, unless otherwise credited. You may use materials provided to you for your own personal or business development. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative commercial products from this content without prior written permission.
Participants in Ajna Ascend or any group setting are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants, maintain confidentiality of what is shared by others in the group (see Section 9), and attend sessions as scheduled. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a group program, without refund of the completed portion, in cases of harassment, abusive conduct, or repeated disruption of the group experience.
We treat information shared during 1:1 sessions (Ajna Authority) and group sessions (Ajna Ascend) as confidential, and will not disclose it outside the coaching relationship except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. In group settings, all participants are expected to reciprocally treat what other members share as confidential and not disclose it outside the group.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dakshkala Growth LLP, its founders, coaches, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services, website, or content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or any service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific offer giving rise to the claim.
We may use third-party platforms to deliver our services (for example, application forms, video-conferencing tools, payment gateways, and email systems). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling by third-party providers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any digital content or program if these Terms are violated. You may discontinue use of our services at any time; discontinuation does not automatically entitle you to a refund — refunds are governed separately by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our offers or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Igniite Ajna service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
